We will always do our best to try to help you to make necessary changes to your order, but changes can only be made before it has been dispatched and therefore it may not always be possible. We will accept returns for faulty product within 28 days of receipt of the goods for either exchange or refund (UK and International).
For exchange of faulty goods, we will send the new product out with no additional shipping charge. For a refund on a faulty product we will refund the original shipping fee. General wear and tear is not be covered by our returns policy.
UK and Europe Orders:
VAT is charged for all orders at 20% and is included in the retail price.
Local taxes, duties or customs clearance fees may apply dependent on your chosen shipping destination and are the responsibility of the customer.
